Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
They are water resistant. MagicBand decals will totally stand up to the Florida weather and water rides. They will start to peel if they are submerged under water for a long period of time. Decals placed on water bottles, mugs and other food containers are not dishwasher safe and will come off in the dishwasher. Wash these containers by hand and don't leave them soaking in water.
Regular grip transfer tape isn't strong enough for glitter vinyl and strong grip can sometimes be a bit too tacky. Depending on the decal, I may have to remove some of the stickiness from the transfer tape by pressing it on a microfibre cloth. The fibres will stay stuck to the tape and will not transfer onto the surface you're sticking the decal to.
Default shipping for decals, window clings and confetti is regular mail, without tracking. You will receive confirmation that your order has been shipped but you won't be able to track it online. You can upgrade your order to include tracking on your shipping at checkout. Larger items like jewelry and ears ship with online tracking in Canada and the U.S. automatically.
Most items should arrive within 7 business days in Canada and the U.S. If you are concerned that your order hasn't arrived, feel free to contact us. If it doesn't arrive in 15 days from shipping, we're happy to send a replacement.
Decals should be applied to the MagicBand or other surface soon after they arrive in the mail. They are shipped with transfer tape covering them, which you will use to place correctly. If the transfer tape is left on for too long, it is difficult to remove from the decal.
We have included decal instructions in video and written form in the confirmation email for every order. More details can be found on our website, themousierge.com.
When a package is delivered internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.

To access your digital file(s), go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews and look for the order.
To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed.

Yes, the MagicBand will still work! The decals and skins will not interfere with the RFID chip in the MagicBand.
